His leadership is grounded in a direct, clinical understanding of what anesthesia organizations need to function at a high level: the right people in the right roles, operational systems that support provider performance, and a culture built around accountability and care.

Samantha Duran brings over 15 years of experience in anesthesia practice management across three major healthcare organizations. As COO of Coachella Valley Anesthesia, she oversees operational strategy, workforce management, credentialing infrastructure, and multi-site coordination across a team of 150+ providers.
